What we achieved as a team in four days was unimaginable! We arrived as a group of individuals and left as a brand new team. I’m still amazed about how we were able to make this shift in such a short period. We realised that as a group we could embrace our different views and ways of working, so that together we were able to accelerate the achievement of shared goals.

By the end of the year, the team turned around and delivered outstanding results by supporting each other to succeed not only in their own goals, but also contributed to surpassing the overall company targets.
