What to expect from this training/track?
The personal and intensive Leadership Training has been specifically developed for Graduates of Mastering your Excellence who share the insight that personal development is a life fulfilling process.

Taking 'the next steps in life’, requires a deeper understanding of personal human behavior and valuable personal experiences. During and after completing the training participants are able to use their previously gained knowledge, life and work experiences and personal competencies more effectively.

Mastering your Leadership gives purpose and meaning to your existence on a personal, social and professional level, and enhances the power and drive to fulfill new goals and realize dreams.

The training is designed for individuals and team-members (we provide each year one open-track).
